Returns and Exchanges

For all returns and exchanges, you will require the following:

I. The original receipt from your purchase.

II. The original method of payment.

III. Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals and accessories).

IV. Contact information provided when the order was placed (your name, address, and phone number are required when processing all returns and exchanges for purposes of detecting and preventing fraud).

V. Valid government-issued photo ID (valid photo ID may be requested to confirm the information provided).


In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

Wielers Computer Solutions 30-day and 15-day return policies begin on the date that your items were purchased.

To ensure the best experience, we may, at our discretion and expense, require a service technician to service the unit or confirm defects prior to a return or exchange being performed.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all sensitive data is removed from the storage device on their product, a fee will be charged if the customer wishes to have Wielers Computer Solutions perform removal on their behalf.

Certain types of products can only be returned within 15 business days, and others can be returned up to 30 business days after purchase. See the list below for more specific information:

Digital Cameras & Camcorders

Media Center Equipment (Blu-ray Players, DVD Players, Stereo Systems etc.)

Computer Hardware (Hard Drives, RAM, Case Fans, etc.)

30 Day Returns:

Ink (Seal is not broken)

Flash Drives

Computer & Tablet accessories (Stylus Pens, Sleeves etc.)


All Other Products

Bundles, Free add-ons and Fees:
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original packing material, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. If the purchase included a free add-on, to qualify for a full refund, the free add-on must also be returned.

If you purchased an item as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. However, if you decide to break up that bundle by returning an item, the price of all items in the bundle reverts to what they would be if they were purchased individually. Therefore, you will receive a refund for the returned item that is less than the price you paid for it when you purchased it as part of a bundle.

If you were charged an environmental handling fee with your purchase, the fee will be refunded as well along with the cost of the item(s).

Wielers Computer Solutions may charge a restocking fee at their discretion.

Clearance Products:
All clearance sales at Wielers Computer Solutions are final. However, defective products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges of defective products require your name, address, phone number and signature for audit and fraud prevention purposes. A valid photo ID may be requested to confirm this information. Returns with the original receipt will be made to the original method of payment. Store credit will be given for returns with gift receipts.

Services such as Installation and Scheduled Delivery are not refundable if the service has been performed. Opened packages of consumable products (such as batteries, ink and food), are not returnable. Due to copyright laws, computer software, CDs, DVDs, video games, and music in opened packages may only be exchanged for the same item.
